This report summarizes the activities undertaken during the first 18 months of the project. It includes a review of the main communication and dissemination actions and provides an overview of how the project’s objectives have been shared with stakeholders and the broader community. Section 2 elaborates on the communication strategies and channels used thus far and compares between the initial objectives and the results achieved. This analysis addresses the effectiveness of these communication efforts. Section 3, which is the core of the report, recaps the dissemination materials produced, including a leaflet, two newsletters, a project promotional video, and five policy briefs. It also describes the first round of local workshops conducted in the seven pilot labs, lists other outreach activities, scientific publications, and staff exchanges that have been pivotal in enhancing project visibility and knowledge sharing, and describes the first international webstival held in December 2023. Section 4 is dedicated to key lessons learned from these activities and a set of recommendations for future improvements, ensuring the project’s ongoing success and adaptability.
