The Inception Report (IR) and Roadmap:
1) flesh out the research pillars underpinning the TRANSCEND Project.
2) present the consolidated organizational structure and decision making of the project, including the composition and roles of the Coordinator, Project Steering Committee (SC), Management Board (MB), and External Advisory Board (EAB).
3) specify the roles and responsibilities of each partner within each work package and task, and clearly establish the person and institution responsible for the timely completion and delivery of milestones and deliverables that meet the high quality standards set by the TRANSCEND Consortium.
