TRANSCEND International Webstival 3 – Enabling Transformation through Financial, Technical and Institutional Adaptation

The TRANSCEND 3rd International Webstival took place from 27 to 29 April 2026, bringing together project partners and selected stakeholders to advance the development of transformative climate adaptation pathways.

Building on the work carried out in local Living Lab workshops, as well as discussions held during the International Workshop in Venice (May 2025) and the 2nd Webstival (September 2025), the event further supported the co-creation and refinement of adaptation strategies across TRANSCEND’s seven Living Labs.

Over three days, the Webstival explored key dimensions of capacity building for transformative adaptation, combining keynote contributions with interactive discussions and insights from regional experiences.
