TRANSCEND 2nd general assembly just took place in Crete.
It was a crucial moment to take stock of the progress made and plan the next steps for the remaining two years.
During the first day of the assembly, the partners took part in a field trip. They met the local stakeholders and visited some relevant spots in the Tympaki river basin: Lake Zaros, the Faneromenis reservoir, and the Tympaki Land reclamation board.
The next two days, the members focused on commonly addressing criticalities concerning the main aspects of the project.
TRANSCEND is now focusing on: modeling and monitoring, stakeholder engagement, communication of uncertainty, transformational adaptation and scenathon design for the next local workshops.
