The 30th Annual Conference of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists took place in Bergen (Norway) on June 16-20th.
Transcend took part in this relevant event with a session entitled “Policymakers and Stakeholders Engagement for Uncertainty Communication: Fostering Collaborative Solutions in Water Governance”.
The aim of our contribution was to explore the critical role of stakeholder and policymakers’ engagement in communicating and managing uncertainties in environmental decision-making.
The session featured presentations and roundtables around water resources modeling and challenges in uncertainty communication, with a focus on methodological advancements and gaps related to uncertainty quantification and its communication through serious games.
